We keep equipment selections consistent where that makes sense and adjust where a room's size or use calls for something different. Quotes are itemized by property, with model numbers, freight, delivery and assembly, so they're easy to compare and approve.
We repair and maintain commercial fitness equipment, including equipment we didn't sell, and can put each property on a preventive maintenance schedule. Your team gets a single point of contact for every fitness room in the portfolio, instead of a different vendor at each property.

Do you need drawings for every property?
No. Room dimensions and a few photos from each room are enough to start each floor plan.
Can you work around equipment we already have?
Yes. Send the makes and models with your room dimensions and we'll draw what's worth keeping into the plan, and tell you honestly what isn't.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before work starts?
Yes. Send us your management company's requirements and the certificate will be issued before we're on site.
Do you work outside Southern California?
Southern California and San Diego County are where we design, install and service. We take design and equipment projects outside the region case by case, so call and tell us about the project.
