Crews train for the work itself: lifting, carrying, climbing stairs and dragging hose, often in a small room. Station gyms are usually built around a rack and free weights, functional training equipment, and cardio such as stair climbers, rowers and treadmills. Where space is tight, multi-station and dual-function machines cover more of the body in a smaller footprint.

Public agencies usually buy through a defined process. We start with a free 3D design and scaled CAD floor plan, and once it's approved we prepare an itemized specification with model numbers, freight, delivery and assembly that you can take to bid or approve directly.

Our own crew delivers and installs around the station's schedule, shift changes and calls included, and hauls away the packaging and old equipment.

Station gyms get used hard, around the clock. We handle repairs, including equipment we didn't sell, and can put each station on a preventive maintenance schedule so a machine isn't out of service for long.
