Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, company or project, email, phone number, whether you'd like an in-person visit, and anything you tell us about your project.
• Room Spec (equipment list): the same contact details, plus the equipment you picked, your facility type, city or zip code, and any notes.
• Email and phone: if you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can answer you.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. We see totals, such as page views, which site sent you, and device type.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site. We also use your IP address briefly to stop repeated form submissions.
• Stored in your browser: a few items are saved on your own device so the site works. These are your Room Spec list, your place in the equipment catalog, the first page you visited this session, and whether you've seen the opening animation. They stay in your browser, and you can clear them at any time.

How we use your information

• To answer your request, prepare designs and quotes, and follow up about your project.
• To send you a confirmation email with a copy of what you sent.
• To keep records of customer inquiries and projects.
• To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• HubSpot, our customer database, where your request is saved.
• Resend, which delivers our team's notification email and your confirmation email.
• Microsoft 365, our company email.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address.

When you buy from us, we may share the delivery details needed to fill your order with the manufacturer or freight company. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, and then delete them.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email fwusa@elevatecomfit.com or call 619-248-8008.
• If you live in California, you can make these requests under California law, and we'll respond within 45 days.
• We don't track you across other websites, so a browser's "Do Not Track" setting doesn't change how this site works.

Security

The site uses secure (HTTPS) connections, and only people who need your information to do their work can see it. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send payment card numbers through our forms.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
