Measurements and a photo from each corner are enough to start; no drawings needed. We place every machine to scale, mark walkways and outlets, and send back a 3D design in 3 to 5 business days.

Guests judge a hotel gym from the doorway, often before they've touched a machine. We plan what they see first, put the most-used equipment where they expect it, and leave housekeeping room to clean around every piece. For a renovation we work with the room you have, columns, windows and low ceilings included, and draw in anything you're keeping. If your brand has fitness standards, send them over and we'll plan to them.

Hotel guests work out quickly, often early, and with nobody around to show them how a machine works. They want equipment they recognize and can start in seconds. We supply cardio, strength and free weights from the lines we're authorized to carry, including TRUE, HOIST, Star Trac, StairMaster, Schwinn, BodyCraft, Apollo Athletics and Tag Fitness, and every quote lists exact model numbers, freight, delivery and assembly.

Our own crew delivers and installs while the hotel stays open. We schedule the work with your engineering and operations teams and haul away the packaging and old equipment.

Once the room is open, we handle repairs, including equipment we didn't sell, and can put it on a preventive maintenance schedule so a broken machine doesn't end up in a guest review.
