How we plan, equip and service these rooms
A corporate fitness center is usually one project among many for a facilities team. It has to fit the building, pass review with the landlord or architect, open on schedule, and then run without becoming a recurring problem.

We regularly work alongside architects, general contractors and developers. The floor plan is drawn to scale with every machine at its actual footprint, and we coordinate electrical drops, clearances and walkways with your team. Once the layout is approved, we prepare an itemized equipment specification with model numbers, freight, delivery and assembly.
The first design usually comes back in 3 to 5 business days, and flooring can be specified along with the layout.
Our own crew delivers and installs, scheduled with building management around freight elevators, loading docks and business hours, and hauls away the packaging and old equipment.
After opening, we handle repairs, including equipment we didn't sell, and can put the room on a preventive maintenance schedule, so the fitness center doesn't turn into another recurring work order for your team.

Can we take your specification to bid?
Yes. Once you approve the floor plan, we prepare an itemized equipment specification with model numbers, freight, delivery and assembly. You can take it to bid or approve it directly with us.
What do you need to get started?
Room dimensions and a few photos from the corners. Drawings help if you have them, but they are not required.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before work starts?
Yes. Send us your management company's requirements and the certificate will be issued before we're on site.
Do you work outside Southern California?
Southern California and San Diego County are where we design, install and service. We take design and equipment projects outside the region case by case, so call and tell us about the project.
