What we service and how
We repair and maintain commercial fitness equipment in apartment communities, HOAs, hotels, offices, schools, fire stations and gyms.
- Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, climbers and other commercial cardio
- Selectorized and plate-loaded strength machines
- Equipment we sold, and equipment we didn't
- The commercial lines in our catalog and most other commercial brands
- Warranty service on equipment we supplied
We don't normally repair residential equipment. If a shared room has home-grade machines, we'll tell you plainly that they weren't built for that use, and quote commercial replacements sized to the room if you want them.
Call or send a request with the equipment make and model and what's happening. If a machine needs factory-only parts or tools, we'll tell you before we schedule the visit, and we'll tell you honestly what's worth repairing before you spend anything.
When a machine is at the end of its life, or the room needs more than repairs, the design is free: we'll lay out replacement equipment in 3D and quote it before you commit.
Preventive maintenance plans

Will you service equipment you didn't sell?
Yes, if it's commercial grade. It's a normal way for us to meet a client. We'll tell you honestly what's worth maintaining and what isn't before you spend anything.
Do we need a maintenance agreement?
No. Repairs are available either way. Most clients end up on a PM schedule because it means nobody has to remember to call.
Our room has home-grade equipment. Can you fix it?
We don't normally repair residential equipment. We'll tell you plainly that it wasn't built for a shared room, and quote commercial replacements sized to the space if you want them.
What happens when a part is discontinued?
We will let you know. Then we can evaluate if the machine is realistically worth keeping, and what replacing it would take.
Which brands do you work on?
The commercial lines in our equipment catalog, and most other commercial brands. If a machine needs factory-only parts or tools, we'll tell you before we schedule the visit.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before the first visit?
Yes. Send us your management company's requirements and the certificate will be issued before we're on site.
Ready to put your room on a PM schedule?
Tell us the room equipment list and we'll put together a service plan — no obligation. Prefer to talk it through? Call 619-248-8008.
