How we plan, equip and service these rooms
A clubhouse gym is part of what residents pay for and part of what prospective residents see on a tour. It's used without supervision, by people of every fitness level, often when nobody from the leasing office is around. And it has to keep working for years without anyone on site who knows how to fix a treadmill.

No drawings needed to start: the room's measurements and a photo from each corner are enough. We place every machine to scale, mark walkways and outlets, and send back a 3D design in 3 to 5 business days.
The clubhouse gym is part of the tour, so we plan the view from the doorway as carefully as the floor. We work around columns, low soffits and glass walls, and if the room shares a wall with apartments, we'll point you toward quieter equipment and away from dropped weights. The design is free and yours to keep, whether or not you buy from us.

We build the equipment list around how your residents actually train, from the lines we're authorized to carry, including TRUE, HOIST, Star Trac, StairMaster, Schwinn, BodyCraft, Apollo Athletics and Tag Fitness. Every quote lists exact model numbers, freight, delivery and assembly, so it matches the plan line for line.
Our own crew delivers and installs everything while residents keep using the property. We plan timing and access with your on-site team, haul away the packaging and the old equipment, and can send a certificate of insurance to your management company before we arrive.
After the room opens, we're who you call. We repair commercial equipment, including machines we didn't sell, and can put the room on a preventive maintenance schedule, so a broken treadmill doesn't sit for weeks under an out-of-order sign and your maintenance team isn't the one fixing it.

Do we have to buy equipment from you to get the design?
No. The 3D design and floor plan are free, and they are yours to keep whether or not you buy equipment from us.
Can you work around equipment we already have?
Yes. Send the makes and models with your room dimensions and we'll draw what's worth keeping into the plan, and tell you honestly what isn't.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before work starts?
Yes. Send us your management company's requirements and the certificate will be issued before we're on site.
Do you work outside Southern California?
Southern California and San Diego County are where we design, install and service. We take design and equipment projects outside the region case by case, so call and tell us about the project.
