The free 3D design & quote
What does the free plan actually include?
A scaled 2D floor plan with every machine positioned, and dedicated electrical drops indicated. 3D views of the room are included. The files are clean PDF formats with no watermark and no expiration date.
Is there really zero obligation to purchase equipment?
Yes, completely zero. We do not require a deposit, card on file, or purchasing agreement to produce your design. If you take our architectural CAD drawing and buy equipment from someone else, the plan remains yours with no strings attached.
Is my room too small to bother you with?
No. A 300 sq ft clubhouse gets the same scaled drawing and the same attention as a 3,000 sq ft training center.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. The plan is yours to keep whether or not you buy equipment from us. If you don't this time, we hope you'll call us when you need us again.
Working with us
Do you work with architects, general contractors, or developers?
Regularly. We provide PDF files scaled to 1/4" = 1'-0", and coordinate electrical drop schedules, ADA safety requirements as requested, and minimum egress corridors directly with your design and build team.
What if we already have some existing equipment we want to keep?
Send us the makes and models along with your room dimensions. We will measure and incorporate your existing pieces directly into the CAD layout alongside any newly recommended units.
What happens after the CAD layout is approved?
Once you approve the floor plan, we prepare an itemized commercial equipment specification with exact model numbers, freight, uncrating, inside delivery, assembly, and trash removal. You can take that spec to bid or approve it directly with us.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes, with our own crew, including hauling away whatever is in there now and working around an occupied building.
Do you work with homeowners?
Our complimentary 3D design and space-planning services are strictly for commercial facilities. However, if you are looking to purchase commercial-grade equipment for a home gym, we can supply, sell and deliver equipment from the commercial lines we carry. Call us to ask about equipment availability and pricing.
Where do you work?
Primarily Southern California and San Diego County, where we design, install and service. We take design and equipment projects outside the region case by case.
Service & repair
Will you service equipment you didn't sell?
Yes, if it's commercial grade. It's a normal way for us to meet a client. We'll tell you honestly what's worth maintaining and what isn't before you spend anything.
Do we need a maintenance agreement?
No. Repairs are available either way. Most clients end up on a PM schedule because it means nobody has to remember to call.
Our room has home-grade equipment. Can you fix it?
We don't normally repair residential equipment. We'll tell you plainly that it wasn't built for a shared room, and quote commercial replacements sized to the space if you want them.
What happens when a part is discontinued?
We will let you know. Then we can evaluate if the machine is realistically worth keeping, and what replacing it would take.
Which brands do you work on?
The commercial lines in our equipment catalog, and most other commercial brands. If a machine needs factory-only parts or tools, we'll tell you before we schedule the visit.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before the first visit?
Yes. Send us your management company's requirements and the certificate will be issued before we're on site.
